GAME ASSET CREATION - ALIEN: ISOLATION

This was one of my first projects in engine whilst studying at Teesside University.

 

In this project Teesside University collaborated with Creative Assembly to create the module. I was tasked with creating assets, texturing them and placing them into the world to properly captivate the feeling of Alien Isolation.

I decided to create a room highly inspired by the main room in the USCSS Nostromo from the movie Alien (1979).

I learnt many different skills whilst working on this project.

  • Learning the fundamentals of Maya, Substance Painter and Unreal Engine 4.

  • The importance of scale and the size of objects.
